Who do you think is gonna be paying to clean up and rebuild Gaza now that Israel has destroyed it?

I understand we will be cleaning it up but I am hoping that we never give them another penny. Of course so many of them have found their way into so many governments, industries and so much more that I have mixed feelings over anything dealing with this group of liers
