The identifier shows she is the EX Canadian FM, not the current. How much real power does she think she has? Is like one of our activist judges in America?
Very much still a "player". Still an MP, and is in the running with Mark "Carnage" Carney to be the next Liberal Party leader after Trudeau.
Her "you can't fire me; I quit" as a public letter was the straw that broke the camel's back and made Trudeau resign.
Like Carney and Trudeau, she is deep WEF. Both her and Carney, and most of the Premiers are all competing on "I can be tougher with Trump than the other guys".
Only Poilievre of the Conservative Party (somewhat) and Bernier of the one-man-band People's Party of Canada are saying "let's take what Trump is accusing us of seriously". Oh, and Danielle Smith, Premier of Alberta. She's sensible too.
Are you from Canada? My wife has a lot (well fewer now) I'll say had a lot of relatives in Montreal. Now we only go up every so often. We would, years ago, go up every two, maybe three years. It is nice up there, but I don't like going up in the winter. Tried once for a funeral-too much snow-turned around on I-83 in Maryland when a tractor trailer accident, I believe, closed the road.
Yes. I was born in Montreal, but live in Ontario now. It used to be nice here: there are lots of outdoor activities to do all year round. But mass immigration from incompatible cultures has pretty much ruined what used to be a high-trust, peaceful place. The rot started in the 1960s, really. The Liberal Party of Canada seems to have had "bankrupting the country" as a policy plank for about 50 years, but no one has paid enough attention until now...
Good. Canada used to be our go to "vacation" area, as my wife had a lot of relatives that would open their homes to us. Great time, great food (Italian, by the way) and great harness racing (horses). One of her cousins had a few horses he used to own and race often. The track is closed now but I think it was Blue Bonnet(sp). I never saw the issue you speak of but I found out (many years ago) the stores closed around 6 PM-I was shocked. Good talking to you. I am sorry to hear Canada is going through rough times just as the US was-until Trump got in again. But he is being challenged on a lot of his policies-expected-but still bothersome.
