A couple days ago I made a post asking for prayers and wanted to provide an update. She had been admitted to ICU due to other conditions besides her pneumonia and suddenly things worsened with her temperature dropping among other things.
Today the hospital called and said her heart had stopped and they were doing CPR. My grandfather rushed over there through the ongoing snowstorm but he said I should stay home as the roads were horrible. They had restarted her heart twice and put her on a ventilator. They then decided to move her to a larger general hospital.
Unfortunately, she has passed away. Didn’t make it to the general hospital.
I thank everyone for your prayers, but unfortunately the time had come. She had been dealing with so much over the last few weeks, and well, years. But she’s in a better place now without any more suffering.
God bless your family as you deal with the loss of your beloved Grandmother...know that people's spirit transcends all boundaries of time and space...she is with you still even though she is no longer with her human shell. She has left so much of herself for you to remember her by and Jesus has promised to be with you always even unto the end of the world.
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalm 30:5
God bless you and your family at this difficult time...
