At first, I thought the concept of "chem trails" was about trying to stop global warming, but now, if chem trails are real, it would seem that it is an attempt to INCREASE the severity of weather, so that people THINK climate change is so bad we must do something to stop it! It's interesting that the "red" part of the country has been experiencing so many flood and tornado events. This makes sense in terms of trying to sway the opinions of people who would likely reject the government getting involved with "fighting climate change".
