Because the government can't control the weather. It can't create a weather system on demand and target it to dump huge amounts of rain on a target area on a two-day notice. We correctly state this when it comes to the climate hoax. Let's keep our facts straight. The US gov't didn't Doordash a flood over Fort Knox killing 11 people to prevent an audit. That's insane.
