It was widely expected this Obama appointed judge would rule against POTUS Trump. I'm guessing DOGE already has plenty of information on her. There is a new sheriff in town and I'm guessing she did not want to get rolled up with a lot of other judges who are about to experience the repercussons of FAFO.

I think the Judge has seen the writing on the wall!
“Based on the parties’ briefing, oral argument, and the current record, the court finds that Plaintiffs have not carried their burden of showing that they will suffer imminent, irreparable harm absent a temporary restraining order, and therefore Plaintiffs’ motion is DENIED,” Chutkan wrote.
But they will lose security clearance and a job. So says the judge, because they were placed on paid leave, which .... well shit happens.
All the data they leave behind is searchable, however. I think that's what the plaintiffs consider irreperable harm BTW.
And that may be true, but not for the reasons they’re purporting. You know, the fraud part. OH WELL
