I don't believe anyone came to the conclusion that Jean Michel (aka Brigitte) is actually Emmanuel's biological father, at least not in this episode you link to (thank you for this as I'd been following CO's series, but hadn't yet seen this episode). Where do you get the idea to take that claim as fact? At 43:56 they show a comparison between Jean Michel's son and Emmanuel and, while there are similarities, there are definitely differences, too.
Perhaps to some. When I block out that middle picture, to my eyes, the differences become even more pronounced. I don't see them as looking like siblings, but I suppose some could. Cousins perhaps? Who knows, but to me, knowing the background, it's maybe more likely that JM/B prefers a "type".
Since they (if I'm understanding the story correctly) confirmed that the guy on the left is actually JM/B's biological son and we know that JM went off the deep end and "became" B (aka adopted homosexuality and a transsexual and/or transvestite persona and changed his name to B) it brings to mind more disturbing thoughts as to what the biological son may have had to endure in his youth at the hands of his biological father JM. Don't even want to think about that.
But do these people even have control of their own lives? Are they making these choices willingly or are they blackmailed, coerced/threatened and controlled? God knows; I'm not even sure I want to know at this point. In any case, this brings up a perfect segue into exposing Big Mike to the brainwashed masses. There are people I know who I'm curious to see what their reactions are to that. It's going to be interesting seeing how the French react to the Mr & Mr Macron reality.
I have not seen enough to come to a conclusion yet. It would be such a serious allegation of abuse if true.

I'll assume this is your retraction after considering it further.
I am not going to retract that yet because it's still a possibility that Brigite might be Macron's biological father. Cannot confirm nor denied it yet.
