I was down in FL a couple weeks ago and there was some girl playing on the beach, looked to be about 15, with OBVIOUS butt implants! I don't think a 15-yr-old could afford that, so the question is, what kind of parents would pay to have their own child surgically altered to essentially "keep up with the Jones'" in regard to pop culture sensibilities?
