Yes! In the Hip Hop world it is especially a big deal. It's really disgusting that amount of money people put into plastic surgery and half of the time, they end looking worse. Then, they are still unhappy with themselves. Happiness comes from inside, not the material trappings they try to sell you.
I was down in FL a couple weeks ago and there was some girl playing on the beach, looked to be about 15, with OBVIOUS butt implants! I don't think a 15-yr-old could afford that, so the question is, what kind of parents would pay to have their own child surgically altered to essentially "keep up with the Jones'" in regard to pop culture sensibilities?
That's a whole new problem. In some areas, the number one gift to girls turning 16 happens to be breast implants. These idiots have no idea of family values and what is really important in life! What kind of kids are they raising?
