My progressive siblings have called me every name in the book. They aren't interested in unity, but they blame Trump.
Didn’t he just insult a Democrat governor yesterday, in front of everyone. I’m pretty sure he’s not gonna go.

Well not exactly.
At the governor's luncheon, Pres. Trump was talking about his executive order banning bio males in female sports. He had heard earlier that the Gov. of Maine (an older, very homely, masculine woman) said she would not comply.
While at the podium, Pres. Trump asked if the governor of Maine was present and she answered affirmatively. He asked her if she was now going to comply with his new mandate.
She said she would comply with state and federal laws. He replied that 'this is a federal law and you are going to comply with it or I will stop giving federal money to your state'.
She responded with, 'I'll see you in court!'
He said, 'Ok. I'll see you in court. That will be an easy one. And you'll find that your political career will likely be over after this choice.'
So if this was an insult, so be it.
