From what we've been seeing in the first month of Trump's administrative, now would be the time to do it. Just cut off funding and repurpose the building for some actual good cause.
As to the idea of an Obama Library, how many copies of "Fifty Shades of Gray" and "Heather Has Two Mommies" would they put in there, anyway?
Yeah and redesign the facade so it's totally classical, not modern at all. LOL. then make it a museum to all the founding fathers.
Problem: I have been told that the concrete structural work and foundation might be defective and of unacceptable quality, rendering the building unsafe.
I say knock it down and redo it properly.
Or 9/11 it and turn it back into the park it was before.
