Here is the breakdown of the House budget bill:

$4.5T in tax cuts
$4T increase in debt limit
$1.5-2T in spending cuts (promised)
-$880B for Energy and Commerce (handles healthcare spending, i.e. Medicaid - though some Republicans have promised this won't be cut)
-$330B for Education and Workforce
-$230B for Agriculture (handles food stamps)
-$10B for Transportation and Infrastructure
+$100B defense spending
+$90B for homeland security

When you first look at this, it strikes as if this is yet another bill with deficit spending and "printing more money". Business as usual. Right?

Okay, lets figure out if this is the case.

First, what is deficit spending?

Its straight forward. It means the expenditure is higher than the income. So how is this difference made up?

Simply put - by "printing new money" (The details are complex, but thats the upshot)

What happens when you print new money? It dilutes every existing dollar in circulation. Which means every dollar you have in your pocket is not worth a few cents less, and hence you are poorer than you were before.

Where does this newly printed money end up going to? Usually to Pakistan for lesbian education, or Mozambique for condoms, or Georgia for color revolution, or Ukraine for kickbacks to Lindsay Graham .. oops .. for weapons, you know the usual stuff. Oh and of course the MIC, the financial institutions the DNC etc etc.

So when there is deficit spending there is a wealth transfer from the people to the deep state entities and that is absolutely BAD. We don't want that.

BUT hold on a second. What is happening here?

We have a deficit of $4T - which means printing 4 trillion more dollars, diluting every dollar in circulation, including the ones held by the Fed and the Banks and everyone else.

But we have a $4.5T in tax cutes - no taxes on OT, Tips, SS. Are you seeing what Trump did here?

Trump just started the biggest wealth transfer to the people with this bill. He did a much smaller version when he gave the stimulus check during Covid, but boy, this is an entirely different magnitude. This is HUGE

This only depends on one tiny assumption - that all the cuts listed above come from cutting waste and fraud. I would hazard a guess that this is the case, because you know Elon said DOGE was going to save around $2T - pretty much the same number as the spending cut.
