Personally I believe that the government is capable of spraying and releasing particulates of various sorts into the air. I've witnessed it myself numerous times where shortly after thin streaks were released by planes, they expand and soon after the sky becomes cloudy or hazy and the sun gets obscured.
But even if that were a coincidence, it would be silly to ignore the very real and documented evidence of the government engaging in geo-engineering and aerosolized chemical testing via plane.
"Elite Research Board's" don't exclude entire subjects, that people can walk outside, look up and see with their own eyes. Seems idiotic, --- mods.
