We absolutely have problems, and I don't believe for a second that Mills was elected legitimately. Ranked choice voting needs to go away, but to be clear, it is not used in our gubernatorial elections. It's actually unconstitutional here, but the state constitution doesn't preclude its use in elections at the federal level, so it has not been struck down entirely.
I am aware that ranked choice is not used for the Governor's race. I was referencing it as an example of one way voter fraud may be happening in the State and because the map I used as an image was the 2024 Presidential election results (where as you know it is used). Good clarification though. And I agree that Mills didn't win without cheating on some level.
