I started hot yoga- the poses that help me the most are the long back stretches- happy baby, downward dog, and also core strengthening exercises like planks.
Every day maintenance is the key- if I don't maintain, it gets painful...
No worries! It kinds stinks knowing I have to do a lot more to be "normal" BUT- at least I can do something about it, still grateful my feet hit the ground every morning and I am able to get around!
