With all the waste, fraud, deceit and abuse it's hard to immagine that a great many of these gov "workers" weren't aware of it, and by holding on to it, a tacitl approval of it. Not a character trait I want working for the people. Just 5 things was all he asked, many couldn't or wouldn't answer, so sad.
