You may recall Admiral Michael Rogers, then director of the NSA, was the ONLY intelligence official to disagree with Obama's IC group. He personally visited President-Elect Trump in December 2015 to tell POTUS that Obama's IC had been spying on him, was still spying on him, and would continue to do so.

The next day Trump moved his entire transition team to Bedminster CC, because Admiral Rogers told him the entire Trump Tower was bugged.
