Not entirely correct. Here is a fresh rough tally of EU vs Russian capabilities.

Keeping in mind training and experience level is not reflected here. Like wise I do believe 2 British Carriers are pretty well scrap metal.

Also worth keeping in mind is the new agreement between China - Russia and North Korea - Russia on military assistance in case of infringement on the motherland..
