Adults also understand that the importance of the message getting through to the audience is more important than personal feeling.
Professionals call it reading the room. Amateurs think their feelings are more important than the message.

adults can be wise or they can be fools.
a wise adult would take the parts that apply and ignore the rest.

talk about getting caught slipping, check who youre replying to and check who made the original comment. i simply pointed out the guy is being tone-policed and for some reason you wanted to pick a fight. clearly your judgement is clouded by emotions.
