Thing to remember - don't expect mass arrests tomorrow. It is a joint session of CONgress, so they have a theoretically wide-ranging immunity during their trip to and from the session as well as during the session. I don't believe it has ever been tested, and certain crimes don't count. I don't see the good guys doing anything and risking all of the court cases that would result over the immunity claim.
They will wait until members of CONgress aren't on the floor, or on their way to/from CONgress.
