MMR has been around a long time. Before MRNA I think. But I am old enough to remember when the 3 types of measles and mumps were a normal part of childhood.
Times have certainly changed. As a child, we knew we would get the measles and mumps but we wanted it to be during the school term so you had an excuse to stay home. Unfortunately, I go them all during summer vacation so no benefit at all.
Are you old enough that polio was a normal part of your childhood, too?
