No, the only way that number works out in support of your statement is if everyone hospitalized for measles died of measles.
More true 70 years ago . Now they hospitalize many. Why ? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
But now you're saying that the hospitalization rate and the death rate were virtually identical.

Or can you just accept that you keep mixing up deaths with hospitalizations?
