I think it's safe to say that most of the bogus registrations are used to vote for Democrats, but perhaps the did it because of all the Republicans moving out of the state. Regardless of the reason, if EVERY state had true voter registration records, and tight control on elections, I don't think any Democrats could get elected except in the worst urban areas.

Voter lD paper ballots same day voting or your state does not elect the president and your members of congress are non voting. They still represent you but do not screw the rest of US.
