It is amazing to me Trump doesn't use a Teleprompter of notes and he recites number after number and case after case. The man has an eidetic memory or his IQ is off the charts!
Genius I am guessing! It's not like he has had a lot of time to study and memorize this facts and figures. He is busy all day and probably reads the speech a couple of times and he has it! Remarkable to say the least.

That was his speech in the binder. It will go in the Presidential archives and eventually be in his Presidential Library. For formal speeches, he does use a teleprompter. He has good speechwriters who are familiar with his style and he appears to go off script at times.
The binders that he hand to Speaker and VP was a copy of his speech like the one that Nancy Pelosi tore up.
