In June 2020 Reuters were sowing seeds for people to not expect the election result to be immediate and to be prepared for legal challenges. This was their signal that if Trump somehow defeated their steal they were going to refuse to declare him the winner and keep finding votes while also throwing legal challenges around and most likely accusing him of cheating.
