I believe in paying the bills. However , I assure you we wouldn't have all this corruption if they weren't prepared to bill for every single penny of it. Billing doesn't make it real with this level of corruption. Best to stop the money and look at it on a per case basis. Stacey Abrams will be happy to send a bill for the 1.9 billie if that's all it takes.
