It isn't about starving it is the opposite actually, fully nourishing your body. What you need to do is eat all the meat and eggs you can in a 6 hour or less window. Apx 12 hours after eating your body will go into autaphagy, the more fat adapted you are the quicker your body will go into autaphagy. This is called intermittent fasting and you should be able to gain weight doing this.
When your body is fat adapted you won't feel hungry, even when the next day rolls around. I have gone 5 days not eating and not feeling hungry it is almost like having a superpower. I used to get the shakes I was so hungry between meals from the drop after the sugar spikes. When your body is fully nourished, eating becomes something you do, not because you have to, and your weight will stay the same. I rarely feel hungry anymore. (I do miss eating popcorn and watching a movie, or eating out with friends in the evening)
Get outside and exercise, get some sun. I will sprint for a hundred yds and then rest until I completely catch my breath and lower my heart rate before doing it again. When you are fat adapted you will have the energy to do this all the time.
This regime is all about taking care of yourself, sleeping, eating, laughing, do something you always wanted to do. Even if it fails (which it won't) you don't have anything to lose.
This really is the cure for cancer (along with a glutamine blocker) it is all part of entering the Golden Age.
What did you use for this? I am taking some supplements in my protocol I never heard of before and don't know what they are for.
Thanks much for the explanation!
My doc said use keto diet and said it could be used with intermittent fasting . . . but not those details on the fasting. I will have to ask him for more guidance for my particular situation. For one thing, low carb diet might contribute to afib, and I went into afib twice last week. Before that it had happened only a few times over a couple years.
Thanks for your encouragement! I plan to keep on the keto diet and force myself to go to the Y today.
Cancer can only utilize carbohydrates and/or Glutamine. Healthy cells love running on fat and ketones (they can also utilize carbs but they are not ideal). Mitochondria can either burn carbs or fats but not both at the same time.
On a Carnivore diet (high fat, zero carbs) our body still produces carbohydrates, but exercise and fasting can zero those stores only leaving Glutamine for the cancer cells to use.
Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are glutamine blockers too. The idea is to starve the cancer by restricting carbs and glutamine, while nourishing and supporting the healthy cells and immune system with ketones and lipids.
About afib, over time the carnivore diet will cure it. Be very careful to avoid seed oils also. The problem with curing afib, is that it takes a long time for the heart and cardiovascular system to heal. You should also do everything you can to increase your nitrous oxide production, breathe through your nose long deep breaths, 4 or 5 breaths per minute. After a few months it will become your normal breathing pattern. This will lower your blood pressure also (some people call it meditation).
About exercise, do quick high intensity exercise only, don't do aerobic exercise where you get out of breath. Interestingly when your mitochondria are burning fats, you need less oxygen and they produce more ATP than if they are burning carbs. Also it takes about 30 to 60 days to really get your mitochondria optimized for burning fat so be aware of that.
Are you trained in medicine or science? According to Bayesian as your username, you have some expertise in reading studies etc.
So the press is the full-time keto diet. The pulse is glutamine blocking. For my protocol I take fenben 3 days on, 4 days off, so it that the pulse? I am also on doxycycline hyc, says to take once a day.
Doc has me on so many supplements I am trying to figure out which ones are essential, and the function of the rest of them.
I am also using the concepts of German New Medicine to reduce stress by identifying and resolving emotional conflicts, etc. Nothing else ever worked to get rid of the stress.
Still don't get from the videos how the cells get messed up in the first place so that "cancer" develops? But everyone "knows" that stress (emotional, biological) is harmful.
Did not know afib could be cured! Yes, I practice the breathing to take down my pulse rate, reduce anxiety, etc. Read an article for nitrous oxide, which says to not use mouthwash, which of course all the -ists insist I use! [I am very sensitive to the bad dental bacteria but overall my immune system is good.] [Oh I don't have high blood pressure. When I am in afib I have a VERY rapid heart rate, along with blood pressure which can go too low.]
I got my first degree in micro biology many years ago, but mostly I was a quant for Renaissance Technology. I have kept studying everything I could and I am an older man now. Mostly I am just a good researcher.
Keto is very good normally, but for the best effect I suggest going carnivore, plants especially seeds just have too many toxins and anti nutrients to bother with. About the anti biotic you are taking, antibiotics are miracle drugs, but only when you have an actual infection. If you don't have a specific infection to kill, they kill off the good bacteria along with the bad, so you have to be very careful with them.
The idea behind metabolic therapy is to provide your body with all the vitamins and nutrients it needs and make sure we aren't deficient in anything. Vitamin D3 is a glutamine blocker and a lot of people are deficient in Vitamin D3. Make absolutely certain that your Vitamin D3 levels are high (lots of sunlight is great). The same goes for Iodine, a lot of people are deficient in it, take really high doses of it. Selenium, Quercitin, all the minerals, niacin, and vitamins, basically overdose on them at first and then go back to just heightened levels. Worst case scenario is that they are just expensive pee.
About stress, Cancer is about the most stressful thing there is, at least for me. I dealt with it by declaring war on it. Taking control and acting lowers my stress levels. I suspect that deep slow breaths through the nose and focusing on that, is taking control and that is why meditation decreases stress. Exercise is taking control. Eating right is taking control. Learning about the disease is taking control.
Trust your body, you have the tools you need to win this war.
