Bullshit... If he still citizenship he would Still have to hand over 30% in order to 'qualify' for the BBBEEE status that you need, Black 'Businessmen' still need to comply with the BEE 'rules' for workers but they don't need to hand over any %

Can you link that law? I'm not seeing that as a solid requirement for everyone, only for non-citizens.
