They're not illegal, unconstitutional, or uncommon for Presidents to use. They've been used by Presidents to sign official papers since the 1960s.
To me, all it says is that Biden was too physically decrepit to hand sign stacks of papers every day. And that's not going to invalidate anything he signed.
How do you know those signatures were used without his approval and that he didn't know about it?

It's not that Biden used an autopen.
It's that somebody else used an autopen to fake his signature onto documents. He didn't even know about it.
That's very different.
