This is garbage...you can not force people to take a shot that is against their religious beliefs....I am utterly disgusted.

anybody else have any sauce on whether this was recent...either way needs to be reversed.
Article says they sued in 2019 and the case was decided this March.
So while it has been suspended since the lawsuit, presumably it goes into effect now.

This whole thing is ridiculous because they're throwing out Supreme Court precedent In order to do this. So what really needs to happen is this needs to be appealed up to the Supreme Court showing what the second circuit is doing and have them squash it.
