Spoofing is never mentioned here? Very easy thing to do. In the old days spoofing was done on phone calls. A company would install a pbx and get some channels thst were orders by a local lec and insert the number into the box they wanted others to think they were calling from. So for instance a mowing company could call thst mowing customers and steal their customer base and the customers may not be aware.
It is illegal but we are so past legal and illegal for many decades.
This same thing applies in the internet world. Find some public ip subnets that belong to Ukraine and insert those in the system and if one has the right access they could even hijack subnets that belong to Ukraine and advertise them in the USA for a period of time and then turn that off.
This is like very basic telecommunication stuff and by now we should realize many who are doing this stuff is high level and not a singular individual.
Many people/companies/countries and so on level. Only takes a few techs that have access to specific routers in the USA and we have people in every country that can access USA routers all access the USA.
Maybe part of the Great Awakening is to wake up on that front too.
Elon could ask his techs to see at that time when they were seeing Ukraine subnets being used were their 2 routes or different MAC address at different times… they will have to dig a bit, but I honestly doubt it was Ukraine. Ukraine retard guy is becoming the pansy is all.
If one advertises a public ip address on the public internet. It will cause an ip conflict. What happens is a struggle and depending on some things what happens is they fight on who is taking traffic. Kind of like turning a light switch on and off. So things will work for a bit then stop working for a bit. This could lead to a broadcast storm which will start saturating all in that the path. What will happen to fix this some routers will drop parts off, kind of like if it offends you, cut it off. This level of stuff would be done by telecoms themselves or someone that has access to higher level routing and advertising.
That is what it seemed like to me. Apple Music for me would cut in and out and so was other things like PayPal and such.
Many think telecom is magic but it is controlled by man and woman. The woke work in telecom too.
