Yes. Common experience for me. Section 8 vouchers and housing lottery does not mean good neighbors. Drug dealers, druggies, and criminals seep in. As well as people who think weed smoking smells good in our hallways. Our tax dollars should not pay for subsidies that cause harm to regular folk. A mere background check would help, but I’m also 100% weary of that. Be done with it.
