Our government has no power granted to interfere in the affairs of other countries. If the victims are American, then there are reasons to act, but not, necessarily, through military action.

The Constitution is absolute, and we are in the process of returning our government to operating within the limited powers delegated to it through that Constitution. We can't let anything derail that.
