I did a bit of a dive into this guy years ago. Yes it is a man. Born in Singapore I think it was, mid 60'ish. Was sent to Canada for this purpose.

Supposedly a Dr. however this we can not confirm as his medical credentials and records are sealed.

Did you ever see the list of infiltrators sent out by China decades ago ? Giga byte of date. Took hours to save.
