The Q #4730 has been discussed here many times since it was first posted over 4 years ago on Chan. Though a bit late to the party, I still think its relevancy is still ongoing.
The cryptic drop has no caption or other writing accompanying it other than a stock image of an ostensibly Mickey Mouse featured wall clock. Speculations rife as to the meaning of the post. Discussions I’ve seen usually centres on the speculative fate of the Disney company or the possible meanings [decodes] of the numbers pointed to on the clock face.
I think it’s neither and here’s my two cents.
I believe what we are seeing is the Q team TROLLING the Deep State/Black hats to their faces. One of the biggest (for lack of a better word) Mindf*cks in military psyop’s history. Behind the seemingly benign and beloved American cartoon character is the most powerful intelligence gathering machine the world has ever known, tracking and monitoring. Mickey is contributing to the demise of Deep State. Oh, boy!
Q #144 What is NO SUCH AGENCY - Q group? Disney is a distraction
The Disney character is just a misdirection. Clock hands on numbers 10 and 2 is for aesthetics only - a causal clocks/watches image search will give similar results. No need to read into it any further.
But, what was rarely, if ever, discussed is that the clock is an actual product you can buy right now.
Echo Wall Clock - Disney Mickey Mouse Edition
This isn’t just another clock. It’s a clock that’s powered by Amazon Alexa AI virtual assistant technology. A talking clock. So, what? Right? It’s not what it says that matters. It’s what WE say to it that matters the most. Bare that in mind when we read this article and others out there:
“The NSA’s voice-recognition system raises hard questions for Echo and Google Home.
Are Amazon and Google doing enough to keep spies out?”

Virtual Assistant (VA) technology has been around a while now. You can probably name a few: Apple Siri, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa…etc. These are only a few of names in the VA space. More on Virtual Assistant here:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_assistant
Remember also when you just stand by a surveillance camera talking, or speaking with a chatbot or even humming a tune to find a song on your devices, these all get swept up in the SIGNIT dragnets. Along with other tools and tricks of the NSA a fuller picture emerges of a target. The scary thing is that these are the capabilities that we DO know about (and possibly outdated info) that’s out in the public domain. And the ones we don’t? The ramifications are massive and wild.
The White hats mean what they say when they say:
WE HAVE IT ALL - Q
Bravo, that is credible enough it's what I will repeat going forward.
I take this opportunity to remark upon NSA capabilities: I believe the pseudo-AI (OpenAI etc) LLMs of recent times are a declassified technology that the NSA have had for a long while, declassified to intimidate. All the data the NSA collects is extremely cumbersome without an interface of that type. Such tech at the NSA would enable very quick "time machine" surveillance of anyone you can mention: "summarise any conversation between John Podesta and Hillary Clinton that mentions pizza, list the locations, list the other people present" that sort of thing.
Also, the same technology (AI+sigint dragnet) would allow BH to know the outcome of any election in realtime MUCH better than polling ever would. BH could have a voting sentiment readout ticker going 24/7 and they only need to create media events until it reads as they want it to. Then they know going in what the results will be. Polls are not for discovery of intent, they are to shape intent. Obviously they lost this tool and suffered.
