It is what it is. It actually does cut something like 6-8 billion, and would've cut more except some money had to be added to fund the ongoing deportations and of course DOGE. The spending on both of those is absolutely necessary and will save a ton of money as they complete their missions. Remember - DOGE is just a 2 yr mission and it's last function will be to shut themselves down.
