Ontario resident here; this Premier (Governor) just triggered a provincial election based on being " The strongest one to fight Trump" and one with a similar majority to the previous election.
Now goes about poking the bear with these uncalled for tariffs.
I keep thinking that the tariffs and military protection is actually in the context of a coming global conflict where Canada's deep ties to India and China are revealed, and should we not fold into the US as the great 51st stay, we will be declared enemies of the West.
Hopefully there's a path for Amnesty for Canadian Patriots who disavow their government and wish to join the great ranks of MAGA
I appreciate that and you'd think that but legally immigrating requires either being sponsored by an employer for a Visa or buying a business with a capital investment around 500k.
Hopefully once we're the 51st stayed, there's freedom of movement and resettlement and I can go be with my family in Arizona
