Yeah, buy a big ass gallon bucket of dry wall putty, a spreading knife, and then you'll need to paint over it once it dries. Or, buy a piece of drywall, cut it to size then putty it up and then paint. Couple of options, but it will take two separate fixes because of dry time.
You can get the putty work done by the night, but you'd need to paint tomorrow.
