Just a rubber stamp of funding from last year. Trump and Elon are doing arbitrage. They will be given 1.5 Trillion or what ever and they will spend 750 billion or something.
Then they can work a real budget for next year.
Need to also pay out fired federal workers also.
New Activities: CRs only cover initiatives funded in the previous fiscal year unless they are directed otherwise through provided legislation (a type of “anomaly”).

A full funding bill would officially remove USAID. For Massie it has nothing to do with this round, I guess he always votes not. Has passed no bills.
