Can you obliterate that stupid "Clean Water Act" that prevents a person from working their own property because sometimes there is a muddy puddle on the land?

Dump the "Endangered Species Act" which has been used by the Commiecrats to prevent progress on road construction, dams, buildings, and a host of other projects, all because some Biologist found a bug, a butterfly, a plant or a Delta Smelt, that might be endangered.
