My first thought, as well.
This article is not very clear about who actually earns crypto. And, having an app to inform on people, even if you suspect they're here illegally, might be a slippery slope. What say you?
I think it's a great idea. There are so many illegals we can't get too squeamish.

Before long, it will be reporting your neighbors for not registering their dog, or improperly disposing of trash.
I think that's paranoia speaking. Now we are ruled by Trump, not our past comminist-adjacent dictatorship. These are being reported to a patriotic militia, not the government. ICE is under DOGE control.
I'm 100% in favour of an App to report drug dealing or gang activity (more or less all done by illegal immigrants anyway).

No slippery slope. Illegal aliens do not have the same constitutional protections as American citizens do. Invade their privacy, entrap them, use app to snitch them out, deport them, and collect $$$ for doing our civic duty. Count me in.
