An Ad agency somewhere did this. Elon should sue the directors and members of the board directly, they will talk shortly after.

Then sue the people who own the sign, the printer, even the guy who hung the sign. All had a role in this defamation.

At the very least wipe out that company, they then have one less propaganda tool.
