Up until he retired, my coworker used to flip on NPR (National Propaganda Radio) right at 5:00. This meant that anyone working late was forced to digest the verbal soy-based "All Things Considered" gruel spewing out of the speakers.
I was 25 years younger then and much more naive, but I would like to thank NPR for helping speed up my awakening process. The pompous monotone hosts narrating these "stories" with an endless stream of political, environmental, industrial, racial "victims" allowed me to recognize their pattern.
I soon noticed the same themes' appearing in my free Newsweek, Sports Illustrated and National Audubon magazines.
Later when 9-11 happened, I gravitated to Faux Snooze as they had better coverage and seemed less indoctrinating than CNN who preached they were "The most trusted".
CNN's coverage only got worse since they were obviously trying to petrify everyone with updates on the anthrax that was being mailed around the US. Looking back this certainly looks like a cooperative deep-state effort to test our reactions and push paranoia.
Many of my coworkers (especially the NPR guy with the radio) took the bait, hook, line and sinker.
