I'll assume that the monitors will probably know... How often does The Great Awakening get cyber attacks and how are they prevented?

The cheapest modern attacks are distributed denial of service attacks. These essentially request the website so many times that the site "goes down" because not enough resources are allocated to actually... Distribute copies of the website.
That being said, most web hosting services now have "intelligent" methods for preventing these attacks. Web hosting makes money by keeping sites up, so most of them have this intelligent live deflection capability.
You know "cloudflare?" Captchas? "Are you a robot? " Those are all part of the preventative maintenance. I would imagine the attacks are not worth spending the money on for the most part, at least here or to attack this site.
Instead I imagine a cheaper and more effective method would be to use the attacks described in "A Gentleman's Guide to Forum Spies," which is worth a reread yearly at least
Thanks. I knew there would be a knowledgeable response from someone here. I'm surprised that it's not worse than what you described. This - WE are a formidable enemy of the scum that we oppose.
