The Native son's of Canada lawfully owns what you call Canada.
Unless the people of Canada voted on a proposed constitution it is no matter what it is called NOT a constitution. Period.
You need, landmass and individuals within said landmass agree amongst them self to enter into a mutual contract.
On top of this they need a banner where to gather under (national flag). The maple leaf is a registered logo and not a national flag.
Dig into Can Gov winning a law suite of infringement on a registered (by the Gov) logo in I believe 1978. They won the law suite. So who did they sue and why ? CAF started sowing the logo on their uniforms and raise on their bases. What logo ?, well the maple leaf. This law suite win solidly drives the nail into the myth of the maple leaf being a national flag.
Fact is that since 1901 Canada has been a former dominion of the British Crown. Just like all the other former dominions. When did SA,AUS,NZ ect constitute ? Most did around 1901-1910 BUT NOT CANADA. WHY ? McDonald was a traitor to the people living on what you call Canadian soil but was rewarded by a British Inc.
SO !, confused yet, supposed to be. The INC registered in Westminister court in 1931 as The Government of Canada Inc want you to be confused. What is this said Inc's mandate ?. Right given under Maritime law the sea's (incl seabed) around and the inland sea's of landmass known as Canada BUT NOT THE Terra Firma or the People..
Bottom line. Canadian Fed Gov is a total fraud and are masquerading as a Gov but until the native son's of Canada say no more what you see is what you get.
If you do not agree or doubt my claim I ask for you to locate and obtain a copy of the Constitution and wsp me so we can figure out how I can read it. Not an Act. An Act does not pertain to we the people but ONLY whom voted on said Act.
Biggest mistake the convoy did was displaying the maple leaf. I totally get it, used it as a symbol to gather under. Hell, I swung one around during The Yellow West movement times.
If the truckers had brought a Flag of Parley and had done things right outcome would have been very different.
The white flag is an internationally recognized symbol of surrender, truce, or a desire to parley. If a party break the truce the International community is obligated to assist and this incl the CAF. Let that sink in.
