What’s so important about Ukraine?

It’s not clear if we know what the central importance is, whether some artifact of Khazaria, biological warfare operations, strategic location as a front against Russia and Europe, or something else entirely. However, while digging on Rhodes Scholar, Christia Freeland, it turns out one other thing that they have of importance is a set of worldwide Congresses set up for “all Ukrainians of the diaspora”.

There is a Ukrainian World Congress (Founded 1967).

Objectives:

  1. to represent the interests of Ukrainians in the diaspora
  2. to coordinate an international network of member organizations that support and promote the Ukrainian national identity, spirit, language, culture and achievements of Ukrainians throughout the world
  3. to promote the civic development of Ukrainians in their countries of settlement, while fostering a positive attitude towards Ukrainians and the Ukrainian state
  4. to defend the rights of Ukrainians, independently of their place of residence in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

I.e. Overtake control of culture and civil structures all over the world, while superseding local law using the UN DoHR (which is an abomination of a document) as a cudgel

Meanwhile, there are individual Ukrainian Congresses in most diasporatic host nations.

US: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukrainian_Congress_Committee_of_America

Defending Ukrainian “Four Freedoms” in the US (“of speech, of conscience, from fear, from want” - “hi, communism!”) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organization_for_Defense_of_Four_Freedoms_for_Ukraine

And in Armenia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, France, Georgia (Rose Revolution), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Paraguay.

Also, World Federation of Ukrainian Women and the World Congress of Ukrainian Youth

The above world congresses match up nicely with the list of color revolutions

Is this a core organizing engine of ground-based revolutionary foot soldiers?
