Patel is an extremely common Indian name. Sort of like Singh. Or Williams for westerners.
Actor Patel's first name is spelled "Paras." Kash's Wikipedia page shows no names of family members. One source claimed Paras Patel spoke about a brother which he was close to while growing up, but has never mentioned the brother's name. For safety reasons, they may be keeping Kash's family info private which is understandable.
