Judge Rachel Krause has ordered District Attorney Fani Willis to pay more than $54,000 in relation to the RICO case of then-former President Donald Trump.

Merchant believed that Willis and Wade may have financially benefited from Wade’s appointment as the special prosecutor in the case.
