But, there will be someone in the organization, who has all the software access to the juicy stuff, i.e. administrators in various departments, who may already know a few things about auditing, and are willing to analyze the massive data-sets along the guidelines of: Find the shenanigans.

It is clear from the Ukraine thingie, and the Georgia thingie, and even the Armenia/Azeri thingie, that not all foreigners mean well, and are willing to fight THROUGH their country to get at Russia, who they do not want to rejoin, but DO want to remain friends with. A psychopathic game of pick the dirty foreigner, but how to tackle it?
DOGE has just showed them the way: Make a reason to ban, e.g. techi-color dreams, anti-traditional values, anti-human, gun-running etc. don't even have to take religious sides, just the normal all-agreed stuff. And make a list boyeez.
