Just an aside, it seems as though we will be able to have a jury trial-as administrative courts might be in trouble-so their lawfare may be ending, if not all ready done. So maybe I can go to court with a jury trial and fight my property taxes soon. So maybe our conversation is moot, or maybe not.👍
