It has been my experience that the more I try to think my way out the worse things get but when I Thank my way out ( finding gratitude and giving it to God) then things begin to work out. Someone told me once that true surrender to God’s will is like floating in a lake of joy. I am apparently pretty stubborn because I am still in the sudden rapids water fall, whirlpool and random drunk dudes in a bad mood portion of floating the river. lol. However I have had definite moments where it was indeed peaceful and joyful and amazing. I have seen miracles that doctors can’t explain and met individuals who al far far more incredible than I am and have endured far worse but have such a beautiful spirit and wisdom from their walk with Christ. So I am fairly certain this log ride is definitely worth it even if it feels pretty frightening at times. I can only imagine what those who actively seek to oppose him must experience when he isn’t just doing a course correction and not being gentle. Yikes
